Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time?
Yes, instantly from your admin settings. Your data and events carry over automatically — no migration needed.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Enterprise is an annual contract.
What happens when I reach the 50 submission limit on Basic?
Submissions close automatically once the limit is reached. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited submissions.

What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe for Pro. Enterprise customers can be invoiced directly.

Basic supports up to 3 events. Pro and Enterprise support unlimited events.
